2. 4 handed do u open every BU and most SBs
3. Do u act quick or slow
4. Calling range against a miniraise preflop. You get such good odds to call especially from the bb but u r oop without iniative nad the blinds r relativly large compared to stacks.
5. do u ever make deals on the final table of the 135 sngs.

I raise 1.5x-2.5x depending on how big the blinds are, bigger blinds = smaller raise

I guess I open nearly every sb folded to me but I am somewhat tighter on the button

My calling range to a min raise is practicly 0%, I would never flat oop with less than 20 blinds.

I never make deals as almost always the players are so bad I have a huge edge over them, so making a deal would be bad for my ev

Yeah about that, i don't think acting slow helps because it's similar to the bubble situation in normal mtts. It shows - waiting to balance tables (if smb is acting slow on other) = hand for hand. I think it is so isn't it? :)
Pretty sure there is no hand for hand, its just the first 1/2 of players that are avalible get seated together.
I went nearly 15 hands without seeing a villian I had my eye on

Bumped into you a coupla times just now. I see these rush tournaments are your fulltime game now. Looks like you're having some success, long may it continue !

Take It Easy

nibbana whats your screen name?
PM me if you dont want it public.

yeah im going to bomb these for a while while there are mostly fish playing.

I gave up on the headsup challenge, not that it wasnt going well...I was on target i just couldnt grind them, I found it really hard to grind for more than like an hour.

Dont worry i found you in my database

Well it could be the change that you needed. I think it's good to crack on with a new game/format after the BE spell you just had, can keep you motivated maybe ? I can imagine the variance is still going to be tough in these Rush tourneys but I'm sure you're equipped for it !

PM'd my screenname, not that anyone would struggle to find it out if they really wanted ;-)

See you at the tables

EDIT - need to stop playing them now and donking all my chips off! lol it's far too late

Yes it has been a nice change as im winning again :)

125% roi on the $4.40's and 48% on the $12's
Not played many though so its far too early to tell. I will let you guys know after 500 and again at 1000

Hey lennonac.
I have a problem with 9-man turbo sngs.
I finish in the 4th position very often (17%). Is that normal? might there be any leaks? I don't get it really. I have to get more aggressive right? or should i really tighten up? Should i call SS allins if im lets say 60-40 to win because in the long terms ill be winning?
Lets say i have 4000 chips and im 1st or 2nd when 4 players are left. Do i have to call/push vs SS by the icm? or should i just wait for the best spot on the bubble so SS would KO themselves out.
I don't really get it, but i would like to know what my biggest mistake might be on bubble. coz 17% of 4th places and not top3 in longterms is so many $ - :(

yeah 17% seems a little high but not a disaster.

Playing as the biggest stack:

You can be pretty lose and steal alot of pots, just be carefull against the next biggest stack although he should be very tight.

Playing as the mid stack:

You MUST play very tight against stacks that have you covered unless it is only by a small amount.

Playing as the smallest stack:

If you are the CLEAR shortest stack then you must double to have any chance of getting ITM. You should target the next shortest stack to try and double through.
Doubling through the biggest stack although nice will not be nearly as +EV as doubling through the next shortest. If your postion is bad then its just tough, play lose and try and pick up some blinds.

If you are getting to the bubble often with the shortest stack then you problem lies in the middle stages of the sng so maybe take a look at you plays there.

I hope this gives you a little bit to think about and maybe reduce those 4th places to 15% and lower

Didn't read this blog until now (not all of it of course), and it seems like some very interesting goals you got :)
Do you still play single table SNGs? or switched completely to MTT?
I will keep an eye on your updates in here :)

Before talking about how rude and chilish someone is you should first explain , dont you think ? I do not say this only as a member of this community but as a follower of your blog as well ..

Being quiet and bang the door does not change anything, imho you should explain what has happened
