Yeah, good luck with that. Any limit below $55 is easily crushable, so it'll just be a matter of volume.

Will you be playing turbos or regular? How many tables? Sets or succession?

I'm about to do the same thing, not sure I can reach 1,000, but certainly 800. Wasn't sure if playing the $3.40's or the $5.50's, but I'll do the $3.40's with you. We'll share experiences then.

I'll be playing 6 tables in succession, only between 16 and 20 tourneys per day on weekdays, and crunching volume on weekends.

I will play regular speed on stars, my sexy goal is reach 10 tables, nd add when i bust, about 2 session a day (which hopefully reach 1k by end of the month)

i'd say play 3.40$ cause is so soft, maybe 5 is same, not sure...check this out

Why is that a bad start or unhealthy?

Agree... Not a heater, but certainly not bad. Post hands you're not sure for evaluation. Keep it up!

my 1st 50 SNG $3-4 buy in this month.

ROI 70%
ITM 60%

Then i started to play recklessly and disrespect to the game (bad habit)

After 100 SNG:

My ROI now down to 19%
ITM 43%

*including some bad beat, badly play and tilt. However last 3 tables have been finishing top2.

Of course, i'm following your SNG progress.

goodluck with your goal! i wish i could set a goal of 1000 sng's. But since i'm playing 45 man sng's the absolute most i could play would be 750 sng's which would be like 5 hours a day..

My last 2 sessions were fckin unreal! i should be up way more in $$ but oh well, shit happens... lets just hope lady luck will smile soooon ♦

These things happen mate. I had set myself a similiar challenge in March - to play 1000 SNGs for a month. It was a tough one, as I go to work and my time to play poker is limited... I've also had a rough period - you can see my graph here. I was happy to complete the challenge break-even at the end.

What I wanted to say is that you should always believe in yourself, remain confident, make sure you are making the best decisions and the results will come with the volume sooner or later...

will follow your blog for sure. Had the same idea, but for 6max. As my time is limited, 1000 sng's will be just fine.

I have just one question. How many tables are u playing in one session? are you 8-tabling?

i think 6 max is faster, here game can take up to 1h 20min. 6 max max 50 min i think...

Anyway i play 9 tables, sumtimes 6 tables nd add 2 tables heads up, like 2day i was 8 tabling nd kept adding 1 game hu 21$, i lost in 9 handed sng about 20$ but i won 60$ in heads up... nd i play about 2-3 session a day, i dont wanna quit this even if i see myself losin, i wanna play 1k no mater what ..fckin variance...gee i just lost another one on bubble ...... ok enough for now see ya laterzzzzz
