Lol, how do you travel with 4 monitors around the world? :f_biggrin:

Always loved solid setups. You ever showed your setup to girls? Either she thinks your a geek, or a crazy pimp. But girls always do this face :f_o: cause she never saw anything like that :f_biggrin:

How many tables your playing hu btw? Do you ever considered playing sng HU?

spotlight on plo

graph:

not overly aggro style, but value > bluffing vs all these fish :f_biggrin:

my favourite hand from today's session. 7 high blocker play on river. pretty advanced imo. :f_biggrin: straight flush is good :f_cool:

@ alverine:
no, unfortunately i just travel w/ 1 monitor and my laptop around (+ golf bag )
my hu gangsta friend has seven 24"+ screens in his grinding office muhahahahha. [@swiss: i might be a bit dissapointed this year with your setup :f_p: ]

muhahah, ya some girls saw it in my apartment which was used often for pre flop and post flop club action. those who saw it said it was more pimpy than geeky.

i did play a lot of hu sng back in 2009 actually. even up to 500$. but variance is sicker and edge is smaller, so i prefer hu cash. however, for beginners, i think hu sng is the way to go. way easier not to tilt and quit (cuz obv, the match has an ending whereas in hu cash u can donate your whole br if u feel like it )

i mostly play 1-2 tables. very rarely it happens that 3 or 4 ppl sit down on my tables and if all of them are fish, i try to play all 4 tables for some mins and try figure out who is the least profitable, to quit that one.

yup, for some reason, even non-nerdy people find lots of big screens pretty awesome (does that make us cool? _grin: )

I kinda disagree. With hu sngs u can move up when u lose while in hu cash he r tempted to keep playin the same opponent. it is also alot easier to bumhunt in hu cash with a huge edge. I am not that gr8 of a player but i feel that i can mentain a 15bb+/100 wr at hu cash if i dont tilt. I agree that it is important to not play many tables b/c heads up is all about reads even against fish.

wooow, what an awesome song and dancemoves Simo! however i think if trying this out in some club, more ppl would lose teeth .. but i am in! TT, do we practise such a duo synchonized dance? omg! that would be truly owning any dancefloor, tho when 1 is alone, security might get a hold on him easier imo :).. speaking of dual things: there is a demand for a vid series of us playing NL100-1k, are u interested? /btw: if the followers want such series too, pls make yourself heard so we can see its going to be awesomely succesfull ;)

abt the types: oh no! u cant be thinking! u re sensing TT, just look at the basic definition

heart is what i think is describing u:

Sensing types

* see everyone and sense everything
* live in the here and now
* quickly adapt to any situation
* like pleasures based on physical sensation
* are practical and active
* are realistic and self-confident

Intuitive types

* are mostly in the past or in the future
* worry about the future more than the present
* are interested in everything new and unusual
* do not like routine
* are attracted more to the theory than the practice
* often have doubts

6:45 .... after 6 hours of plo 200 and 400 hu, im done :f_biggrin:

time to get some sleep, tonight we have some partaaaay :f_grin:

i just wanted to mention one thing: plo hu is by far the sickest mindfucking game out there ... ofc, variance is crazy. i even didnt tilt after i got sucked out in a 600bb pot. i took it like a pro and ~ 1 hour after the crazy 8% eq (2outs) suckout, i had all the money at the table + busted the guys account

hu nl is cool. but hu plo is teh shit. i need to become a master in that game.

finally i figured out how to win w/o sd in plo. this should be the key to success. raise that red line up.

gn

I just realised you'll be driving through the Grand St-Bernard pass to get here... in a sportscar...i'm so jealous =/ Make sure you take the small mountain road (if you're up for it :P) rather than the tunnel, I'm betting the views will be amazing.

like this, looking onto the Italian side:

enjoy

muhahahah thnx for info sir! tt in tt monkeystyle! looking forward to that journey

small update before partying today: played plo hu and 3 handed this afternoon. it was crazy. i played 1 resp. 2 big fish and pwned them pretty hard. first half i pwned + ran hot, 2nd half i pwned and ran cold. anyway, plo hu is the way to go. im pretty sure tho not even 1% of pros have the mindset you need for plo. this game is incredible

but yeah, edge is super big and u can make so many moves if u are able to identify opponent's ranges ....

here is today's graph:

now its partay time. payce.

hey! special questions to players who
a) play plo
and/or
b) have an idea about stars vip system.

- how many hands / mow much rake(mgr) do i have to make to be able to grind for sne in 2011?

- if i dont reach sne, how much rb do i get as SN 3/5/7?

- does anybody know anybody who plays plo and grinds for sne? (pls send me their skype nicks)

- if i decide to go for sne with plo in 2011, do i have to start playing on stars at the end of 2010 to be SN when 2011 starts?

traffic wise, i think ipoker and ftp are also options. ftp is cool with 30% immediately and ipoker im not so sure. but i will ask opal about their vip system, i think he can give me some consulting.

maybe i forgot something ... will post later

now live game @ padova muhahahah. micro stakes ftw

btw: yesterday's party was pretty crazy, gotta love italians. :f_love: i even learned some new words hahahahha
