OR is 19/16 and raises 12% UTG. Cbets flop 78%, turn 55% and river 52% so he barrels a lot. I think my hand looks pretty face-up to him after calling flop and turn. Although he is aggro I think this is mostly a value bet.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

I´m folding turn. On this board hes not betting worse after he cbet a 4 way pot as PFA.

I think squeezing preflop is an option.
By calling you will end up making a lot of costly mistakes postflop because you have some kind of 1pair hand and in a 4way pot you'll be rarely able to extract value.

As played I'd c/f the flop.
He only raises 12% preflop, he is probably not cbetting less than TP and usually the worst TP he could have is AJ - all other times he has Qx.
That shows once more why we should either 3bet or fold preflop (leaning towards 3betting) - if we can't 3bet profitably we're dominated on almost every flop we hit anyway - so there's no point in getting involved in the hand in the first place.
