ok so im thinking to try out SSS on FTP.
can i actualy make good money playing SSS or it's just more for fun and time wasting?

if u play SSS start from NL10 and find good tables! playing in lower limit it is wast of time and u will probably lose more then win!
i can always go to other rooms, but i was jsut thinking is SSS rly profitable playing NL20-NL50
Definitely yes. However, profitability is obviously a very relative term... Define it and I will be able to give you a more detailed answer 
FTP has very few tables running where you can buy-in for 20BB. Stars is a better place to look as their cash games are made specifically for SSS players.
It takes time and practice before you play good SSS, but when you're a winning SSS player on your limit you should expect a profit of about 2-4BB/100 hands.
Since the change FTP isn't a good site for SSS. On the other hand I was able to play decent SSS on Stars up to NL200 on their shallow tables.

That's a great piece of info actually - didn't know the 2-4BB/100 hands guideline...
Happy to say that I'm averaging at about 3.64BB/100 (approx. 80,000 hands)

On PokerStars it is the flagship game ...
I tried it didnt work out too well, especially on fulltilt, cant say for pokerstars. i think your better off just buying in full stack. you have better chances of increasing profitablit

i can't get even 1 table opened at FTP 05/10 shallow 
they all have 0/9 players in it ♦ and 01/02 is way too easy :/
I've been playing SSS at 888 with a small profit regularly on the smallest limits 1c/2c very small profit of course but a profit none the less,
I am thinking of signing up with pokerstars to play SSS on thier tables seems there is much more traffic there compared with 888 ( can barley find 3 tables at certian times) i'm just wondering if i should still be able to turn a profit from pokerstars? clearly i have been playing at 888 and i hear they are all very fishy which i would agree but will it be a whole new ball game over at pokerstars for me? any advice or comments would be appricated.
