I have a question if the player is unknown 100bb deep.
I'm holding AK/QQ player in front raises 3bb, I 3bet 9 bb, he 4bets 27bb.
So is it profitable to shove? Or I should just fold it as I have invested only 9 bb.

if you call 4bet and fold on flop or turn cbet its just wasting money...
it's shove or fold depending on your reads
It's obviously very much player and situation dependant but as a general rule on NL 10/25 shipping AK or QQ for 100BB is -ev. On the lower stakes most people will be going broke with AA and KK, if you see a player goes broke lite with hands like AQ and TT+ then getting it in with AK and QQ will be a good move.
I rarely reraise AK to start with, and I'd rather not call a third raise with AK, but there are always exceptions.
If I 3bet with QQ, or AK, and someone 4bets, I'm going to strongly suspect AA, KK, or AK.
I'd like to say I'd fold. Most often I will call and loose to AA, or KK, or race AK when I have QQ.
But if you're short stacked in a tourney, a snap call is a no brainer with either hand IMO.
If you're in a tournament and the big raiser is short stacked, again all in is a no brainer IMO.
and if the stackks are deep? shoving is no longer an option, so what line should i choose?
Completely player dependant.
With deep stacks you can fold or consider calling, especially if IP. Or even 5B depending on your reads.
I agree with the post that says you should shove in NL2 and NL5 at least. You will sometimes run into AA and KK, but, in general there are too many players, in particular shortstackers shoving any trash around (any Ax, mid pairs), and full stack going all in on JJ or 1010 too.
