the problem is ... i couldnt do anything about it.

i played way too much, i played way too bad. as a consequence i will quit NL200 and return to NL50 as long as i start playing a-game again. but the next days i'll take a break.
and i have to look for a new job, not sure if i can stay here ...

i wasnt playing that much, cause i didnt feel good about it. i was bored, it was always the same. the green line was going down and down. so i took a break for some days and watched videos.
last week i received my last cashout from betfold which i requested 3 month ago. they were not able to pay their customers, cause 2 owners of this skin stole the money or something like that, dont know what exactly was going on. if someone is interested in this story check out 2+2.
however, i deposited the money on an other ipoker skin. first i tried to play FR there, but it was just impossible to arrange the stats in a way to follow the whole action. thats why i started to play SH again. i feel very confident about it and will go on mixing FR and SH.
so yesterday i played well the first session. i was up ~200$ and felt like i could get break even this month.
the last session was just bad. i lost 200$ in 20 hands, got back to -60$, and in the end i stopped by -300$ (in bb im just down 50 bb -.-). i really dont wanna know how much money i could have saved by not spewing in bad spots. i made one fullstack-bluff, which i thought is fine. in the end it wasnt, cause my opponent called me down with his TPTK.
i hope i'm able to get even without rakeback in the last 10 days by playing good poker.
few words bout real life:
i have to work another 3 weeks, from 9th-31st april i have to take my residual leave (dont know if this term is correct, google helped my out with that 
). so i'm unemployed by may. not sure what i'm gonna do, maybe i start studying. i havent even start looking for a new job, i think i have to make up my mind 
short update for todays session:
good one. 600 hands, 50bb up. won some important coinflips, and got it in with good equity.
it could have been a bit more, but as i'm a little station ...

i was calling way too much. yesterday i played some good sessions, and endet up with + 400$ (+300$ bonus wheeeee \o/ ). but i'm still down about 1k$ this month.

a goal is to play 30k hands. thats a lot for 4-6 tabling, but its much more run than playing 142 tables with 11/9 stats.
i'll also record a session for a sessionreview by a coach, i think i will do that this weekend.
i can release another 600$ on euro, but i think i wont be able to do that till 18th. but 300$ will be fine. not sure if i stay there, cause the loyality program isnt that good. maybe i'll try PKR for SH or something like that, dont know yet.

last month wasnt that good. i played 21k hands and was about 900$ down. who cares?
this month is way better. i play NL100 and NL200 FR on ongame and ipoker (if i think there is some fish i also play NL400). the only problem is that i'm not able to put some volume in ... only 14k hands played so far 
i had some really interesting days, like the 15th or the 17th:
but last saturday there were just 10 tables open on (9 pm oO). FR was good to gain some experience and build a bankroll, to understand the basics of poker, but i think SH is my future. a lot more tables, more hands to play against bad players (but more swings ...)
i also read "Treat your poker like a Business". it was a nice book, but i'm not sure if it will help me (if u have some other ebooks u want to share with me, just send me a PM 
).
maybe i will order "The Pokermindset" too.

running pretty good, but i'm not playing good atm. ev-line says, i'm ~10-11 (12?) stacks up on 18k hands (~7bb/100). not that bad, but i'm wasting so much money cause i wanna outplay everyone ♦

so i changed this little shit yesterday, and also bought some new inline skates ♥
oh, and a new soundcard. i will definitly record some videos and will analyse them with a coach. i still have some big leaks (preflop play, raises, 3bets, calls, blindbattle, .... well, its a looong list)
today i played a really sick session (without a break ladies and gens, WITHOUT A BREAK!!!!!) :

1. without reads? definitly calling. i dont see a lot of weaker hands calling a 3bet oop, and better hands will never fold (well, maybe JJ if i 3bet with TT). so if i 3bet these hands vs EP i'm isolating myself against a very strong range.
2. depends on how i feel and what i play. SH i think 4 tables is enough, FR i play a bit more. 6-8 or something like that.
3. yeah. why should i play a table full with regs? i have to beat enormous amounts of rake, i dont think i have the skill to play break-even against 7-8 regs.
4. not in that way. my br is on different poker rooms (stars, ftp, 2* ongame, ipoker, everest; dont forget neteller and mb ♦).
i check my full br at the end of the month.
what i do is to check the graph in HEM. thats what i do too often. i try not to do it (cause it really helps, i feel free in a way, and that affects my game).
after a session like yesterday i check my br which i have on this site, yeah. but only to know if i have enough stacks to play NL100.i hope to make everything clear

overall i'm not happy. really low volume if u take in consideration that i had no important things to do.
but more important is the fact, that my game wasn't a-game. i played a lot of bullshit, called way to much, raised the wrong spots, and so on.
i hope i can improve my game this month, and get a bit more volume (30k?).
i will also play some hands on FTP, cause they offered me a 150$ bonus. i already calculated a bit. to release the full bonus i have to play as much to receive ironman status, that means i have the midyear bonus in july. nice one.
your individual rolls at each site are damn small. how do you play NL200? Do you just play mainly NL100?

yeah i'm playing NL100 most of the time (cause of a lack of skill ). and as i play on ongame and ipoker, the FR traffic is very low. that said i have to mix both sites. therefore i dont need more than 10 buy ins on each site.
yesterday i deposited 1,4k on FTP and i'm playing 6-8 tables NL100. so still 6 stacks in my account in case i'll lose 2 or 3, no problem 
i made my first NL100 shots on FTP september or october 09. now i'm break even again:
looks like an upswing
so just 2 things i'd like to mention:
1. did i already tell u my goal for the end of the year? 20k+ br (25k+ would be very nice)
2. when reviewing my hands i'll calculate all my bad calls/raises, and how much money i would have saved by just folding in obv spots.
from the 1st to the 4th june i could have safed 265$.
still running good (runner runner straight flush against a 50bb stack, weeee).
cashed in a few bucks on party (worldcup betting ♦ ), there i'm also ~100$ up.
