Hi i see that is tomorrow coaching for MTT Silver at 19:30 but which time? am or?

It matters not if you win or lose, it's how you play the game...... as long as you win

it says all time is in GMT as far as i'm aware.

the coaching is taking place at:
18:30 GMT
19:30 GMST (time in London at that moment)
20:30 CEST (time in Gibraltar,Berlin,Paris etc at that time)
of course it is in the evening, so time is 6:30pm,7:30pm and 8:30pm

You just need to go to home or http://www.pokerstrategy.com/coaching/ at the time of the coaching and click the link: "Tune in". A pop up opens and you hear the coach and see the coaching player where he posts information about the tables he is currently at. You can search them in the software pretty easily - if you still got questions do not hesitate to ask in the coaching player than.
