You can get those first two just by eating fish. Not sure what the last one is. As for your verified sources, I would advice treating them with scrutiny even if they seem genuine. There is so much bullshit positive spin about products that have not even been properly tested before.

Ok, so the party is over, a very nice change for a while in the midst of this superbad ev run for me. We were just 4 afterall, TT, Mr.Kaktus & Ivan and me. So thank u guys for a nice company and hope to arrange sth of this kind more regularly.
Some pics to come. We just light chillout at home with some homegame and stategy/drinking. Then we got to some pub and chatted some more, have some beers... easy this time, no dancing action, was very ugly weather, smaller clubs just empty.
