I have checked this hand with the Wizard and after give the right stats (from the HUD of HM) it say that I should push here.
Would you push with this blinds lv?

reraise preflop to 300-360

as played I prefer putting out a ~140 raise on the flop.. since opponent is throwing away a big chunk of his range on this board..

First of all, how many hands do you have from that guy that you exactly know his SB steal percentage at this stack setup against you? Seems like you rely on stats way to much.

Preflop you should raise for value. You can either shove or raise to 3-4x. On the flop I think checking is fine. You're playing for bluffinduce and potcontrol. Reason being, even though you're ahead very often, most weaker hands are not going to c/c but rather c/r you, in which case you would be b/f the better hand. That is why I think you get most value by checking back and hoping he will stab the turn with air. That said, you obv have to call his turn bet, since this is what you were going for by not betting the flop.

Edit: Hm just saw that he minraised, I thought he just limped. Ya then I'd just prefer the shove preflop.

This. 3bet/calling preflop is OK as well. It's BvB, I think villain goes broke with enough worse hands.

guys sorry to be a pain but, why does a shove for your whole stack (23¬ blinds) is the best play here ?

I understand that him min-raising might be the lamest steal attempt and thus we win a nice 120 + our blind with close to no risk, BUT, why risk our whole stack for some 120 + our blind at all ?

It's not about risking your stack, it's about how you get your stack in as often as possible. You're shoving for value.
