I think location is pretty important, if you have to take a cab every time it costs a lot aswell 
The 1 I posted is probably a bit too expensive for most, but it seems to have a few big advantages; It has a big pool (with a waterslide ♦ ), a media room with a huge screen to watch movies etc, description has wireless internet, pool table and an outdoor grill to prepare lots of meat!
O, and it's pretty close to the strip.
yes well if we are 11 like we said we should have a budget of 11k for the mansion as we have a 1k cap for most of us and if we have 1 more person we can afford it, even if not... its like 100$ extra p/p so doesnt matter ^^
But the size is rly nice, the sport court is nice, waterslide and media room sounds awesome and we dont have any shared bedrooms etc. It's close to the strip which is nice so yea, definitely a good choice imo.
And we'd rent a car/van anyway I think, or at least that was the plan.
add me to the "yet to confirm" list. I'm not sure about my plans around that time... would it be OK if i came by just for a couple weeks? mansion sounds awesome anyway
I'm not sure if we have any spots yet, depends on which mansion we pick and weather or not ivan has a +1 but there is alot of time still so alot can happen.
Worst case you can always crash on a matrass or smt thats fine with me at least. Added you to the list anyhow

In that case, you and your +1 may share beds with Chenny.
There arent many twin beds and you and your +1 might not wanna share a twinbed for all the weeks with another person sleeping in a bed next to you. Just a thought 
I mean, wouldnt your own room with a queensize bed be alot better? If you choose not to give her her "own spot" you will be forced to share bedroom with someone else.

It depends on what house do we pick IMO.
If (like it seems) we go for the one you posted, then there's one bed for everyone and only one kingsize has to be occupied by 2... so in this case, yes
Sucks I am not 21, last mansion Yoghi posted is very nice. I just cannot see how 11 people can stay in one mansion.... And paying 1k p/p is really little. I think to have a very comfortable stay with cooks and PA's enough living space you have to consider putting aside 2k/month. Most of you guys make that easily.
You could just play a live game for rooms?the first person busto gets worst, etc ♦

well yeah, but when u include flight tickets, monthly expenses in Vegas and 2k for rent it adds up to about 10k, which is quite a sum

i am coming with the idea that i will pay for 2 but if u give me 1 bed for me and my +1 on the price for 1 i will be quite happy as well

well, you said that she didnt need a spot which i interpeted as if you meant we have 1 free spot for chenny as she would sleep next to you anyway and... if you 2 share a bed of your own then we obv don't have an extra spot as we would then be 12 and not 11.
You confused me, that's all.
Because the thing is that almost all rooms do infact have a queensize or kingsize beds, so most of us will have to share like that. ^^
It seems pretty obvious to me that if you go with 2 people you should also pay for 2 people.
