Not sure If I should get involved into this pot from the beggining - but play was so tight and I though I was worthed to increase my lead over the sort stack:
The other question that I have - should I jam on the flop ?

hi assasin, welcome to the forums!
This is a situation where we have 10Bbs so our pre-flop decision is push or fold.
And, because the short stack is out of the hand and has significantly less chips than you, you need to be very tight in this spot. You can shove a lot of value hands against tight players something like A8o+ 66+ KQs looks good to shove pre-flop as a default range. But you need to adjust that against looser players by folding some of the bottom.
Our focus here is not to increase our lead over the ss, but rather to survive and make it in the money! The chips you gain are basically worthless because you do not gain any significant equity advantages in the tournament (ie. by becoming the chip leader or something), BUT you are risking a LOT of equity by getting involved with the chip leaders when there is still a vulnerable SS around.
So folding this pre-flop is the best play.

Can I fold on the flop ?
I know that I should have shoved PRE but he limped and he plays 80% of the hands - i was trying to extract value from KK
Also i though that he will not lead out with an Ace

usually when fish limp/call then lead out on A high boards they have the A quite often.
i think you played it fine pre-flop. you should have just folded the flop imo unless you have seen him donk with less than top pair before, then the shove is fine.
What would have you done if SB/BB shoved you pre-flop.
Something I would do (rightly or wrongly?) to you fairly wide depending upon reads.
as played you def have to call if just 1 shoves, and it's close if both shove. we have k9s but all the same it's push or fold preflop, and our fold button should be broken for this exact situation.
