your c-bet is littlebit too big
I think betting to 250 and then folding to shove is better play than betting 375 and then likely would have to call shove

considering the involved stacks I find the raise not too big.
In this position a 2/3 pot bet can knock of most smaller stacks if they don't hit the flop.

Why do you want to knock out the ones who did not hit the flop? You should be happy to get called by someone who did not hit it.
I also agree with Kaitz. 250 is exactly the size I was thinking at.

I'm thinking complete sb instead of raising - and play carefull postflop.
