With your stack it is best not to open hands you are not going to play for stacks with.
You can try to steal from LP from tight players but if they raise you fold.
So unless you have a read that he resteals light which is not likely at these stakes you should fold.
This is again a spot where your decision should be made preflop.

preflop openraise is fine, never ever ever call the reraise, easy fold or ship it with sick reads.

Everything said, the standard play would be raise/fold preflop, depending on the table openfold or raise/push are options, but usually you need to be folding when you get raised, call is out of the question.
