Beginners question.

Started off playing micro $10plo 6max on stars and I would like to ask about hand ranges specifically from the blinds. My stats are 25/15 with significantly more play from the CO/BTN over my first 5000 hands or so and I tend to open only strong hands from the first two positions as is generally recommended.

But what sort of ranges can we play from the SB/BB and how aggressively should we be playing them? Is it better to raise/3bet our stronger hands for initiative or just complete the SB/ check the BB to avoid building too big a pot oop. What would be the minimum requirement for completing the small blind in a multiway limped pot??

I know everything is dependant on stack size/opponents etc and I can post some specific situations from my HH if you think its a topic worth discussing.
Thanks, Gary.

Can I add one more, from the cold north? :)

Preflop 3bet is a bit marginal, but all the villains in the table were passive and rather deep. Button was 60/18/0, SB was 88/0/0, UTG and CO were both like 48/7/0.

Is it good to make a c-bet on the flop, or should I rather check-call or even check-fold if given too much action?

From by c-bet I don't think there's anything I can do about the hand.

I would like to hear some opinions how to play against LAG style players. Not maniacs, but LAG's. Both in position and oop.

I guess this won't be the "most active thread in 2010".

SB wins $93.50

No reads on SB, played 20/20 and fairly aggressively, 30 hands~. I was surprised about the turn's checkraise, I honestly didn't expect a checkraise there. I put SB on a draw or the nuts + redraws, but I honestly don't think SB ever aims for checkraise there with the bare nuts on such drawy board.

UTG ($19.25)

RIVER ($17.80) 3♠ 8♣ 9♥ J♣ 6♠

SB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $17.80, CO folds, SB folds, Hero calls $17.80

Hero shows 9♦ 9♠ T♣ T♦
(Pre 43%, Flop 86.2%, Turn 80.0%)

UTG+1 shows 2♣ A♣ J♠ A♥
(Pre 57%, Flop 13.8%, Turn 20.0%)

Hero wins $50.75

Again, no reads. Is the river call fine? I expect him to barrel the flop with JT, and raise the turn with the straight, so the really isn't any straights in his range I don't think. Maybe jacks, but that feels more like a cooler than a bad call to my opinion; also, I think he will bluff the river a lot of times having played like.

On another note, if SB continued betting, is it a call or a fold? I'm leaning towards fold, but I'd call UTG and CO's bet many times for the above reasons. (Leak leak?)

On another note, should I be worrying about my non-sd graph in PL50? It's steadily going downwards, especially from the blinds, but I'm not sure if it is very normal (mine's going down at the rate of 6bb/100), as ist seems to kill a lot of my profit.

I play shortstacked omaha with lots of shortstacks, (40bb buyin), and fairly nitty 20/17/5, though I am hyper aggressive (98.6% aggressive than people in PL50, according to one website). WTsd 27/W@sd 49~.

Both players are regulars and are pretty aggro but the BTN likes to take a stab when checked to him (Aggression factor : 4.5)

Hero ???

No reads this time around (really old hand). Bet/call turn and cry at life? check/raise? Or even check call?

I have no idea about the flop play. I have a strong hand, I feel, but I don't think I'm going to get action from many hands.

Again, both players are regulars and very aggro. UTG plays 21/16 and has 6.6 aggression OTF and 33% raise Cbet (over 650 hands).

Villain seems a bad player he had been limping preflop crap on the BTN and Co. His stats were 35/10 with 1.5 aggresion. Over 150 hands.
I have played previously 1 hand against the villain were he pot/called down in limped pot with his BTM set/Rivered underboat on superwet board against my top set/nut boat.
