Villain is a solid regular i am expecting a high % of shove there .Sng wiz gives the green light for call if villain pushes more than 38%. your thoughts ?

It really depends on the opponents. You have already pointed out how much he has to shove, but you are also the better at deciding whether he is shoving that much or not. Without any specific reads I lean towards a fold here, but against some opponents you can certainly call.

Again I can just agree with Preaver, it is to close a spot to decide it, without knowing the opponent.
