Last two days have been pretty good (i feel at least). I hope i can beat nl100 until end of the month hugely and then start nl200. So i can continue sessions with TLN (i can afford them).

I dont understand why i dont win. Probably is still suck, okey i run under EV like 4 stacks, but still it doesnt change much (got 3 setups also). It just sucks bigtime. Atm i have my 2nd free day. Yesterday i learnd poker 5h and today have learnd almost 2h, but going to do some sessions and watch at least one vid. Thinking about taking bartender courses. So i can work in bar some nights in the week to get rl .

-1. I don't think you need to get any closer to bottles of Jaegermeister than you already do. :f_p:

Nah, this way he can save some money cause he will have a free access to an open-bar (when no one is watching of coarse)

I had 2 days free and played again. were able to play like 200 hands. Got 1 setup, 2 suckouts=3 stacks down. So i wanted to kill somebody. Any suggestions how to deal with these suckouts. After these i were not able to play A game any more, so needed to end session.

This is my whole nl graph. From nl10 to nl200 and back to nl100.

I just dont know what to do any more. Any suggestions???

Dont look at the graph or session's tab in HEM all the time^^ It's not ever affecting you in a good way unless you run incredibly well imo..
TwiceT is leaving tomorrow so we can make sweat session finaly ;)

i lost 10 in 2 days @ NL25 few days ago also ;) dont go that low - it's completely different game, so unless you have some strange reason to play there, dont do so... You can still move down to NL50 for some confidence booster, but anything lower is just too low for you

I have a suggestion. Trust yourself more. You are a winning NL100 player who stabbed NL200, and was able to get the attention of TLN. He thought you were a player interesting enough for him to do a coaching deal with you, and trying to get you to NL1k. And he didn't give up on you, he just thought you needed the time to boost your own confidence, since he can't really do that for you.

So, keep playing trying to reach +EV situations, keep trying to be a better player, and don't worry so much about short term results. But I'm sure you knew all this already, you just needed to hear it again, I think.

Also, I think taking bartender classes would be just awesome _cool:

Thanks. I know it, but if they just make so bad plays then i get so angry cause they hit all the time. I rly need to get back my confidence. And about these bartender courses, next one starts in january :( (last one started week ago)

I know i'm a massive beginner, but i've got to say that your mindset obviously needs working on. If you can't deal with losing 3 stacks without tilting i'd say the money matters too much to you, maybe you should using a more conservative BRM so when you lose it's less of a hit on your BR?

I don't know what it feels like to lose 3 stacks at NL100, but since I started all I try to do is desensitise myself from the money, think of it as big blinds and it's worked for me so far.

Then ur coaching will be more valuable and more up-to-date so u can teach me to play when my shot will go horribly wrong

Sth about confidence.. I know that it's hard to keep your mindset perfect all the time, specially when things not going as good as you want to. When i found myself stuck in these kind of sitoations I just watch my favourited coach video, cos it's very inspiring for me. Then I try to get in the perfect attitude/thinking line, similar to the coach. It boooost my confidence ALOT. Then i KNOW that I'm doing right thing and no one can stop me. I sit down at the tables with 100% concentration, with high level mindset and also trying to explain my decisions for myself while playing. It helps me alot :) hope it will help for you, at least a little bit. =)
