The transfer will take place if you have more than $50 in tell-a-friend money.
If you do have more than that you can always write a ticket to the support.

hi same kinde of problem here i have 7 friends that have recived their money but i still did not get the bonus i talked whit pure from support and he told me that the strategy points have not been updated yet , do you know when thei will be updated already past one week

your friends have to collect at least 15 StrategyPoints. Normally the StrategyPoints are updated once a week but sometimes it takes even longer because we are dependent on the lists we are getting from the poker rooms. Just a little patience please.

Hey, I have a problem, when i checked tell a advertised friends from tell a friend it says my friend has collected 401 strategy points, but i have not recived the money.Any problem with the transactions lately or is it just me?

For the StrategyPoints your friend collected you receive a total of $25. But transfers are only possible if you have at least $50. Otherwise transfers are not allowed. That means you just have to advertise another friend who collects the same amount of StrategyPoints.

O sorry man, didn't mean to bother you. I see you have changed the tell a friend system, it used to be easier to get the 75 dollars.Ok thanks for the help.
