Preflop UTG open 3bb, UTG +2 call, BU call, SB 3bet and BB cold call that... Usually 3bets out of position in these spots are with tight range. Maybe AK, TT+ or even tighter. Also that should make BB range very tight for cold calling this. Preflop set mining is ok, but on flop this should be easy fold. Hero is rarely ahead.

Hi all,

Quite ugly spot. I call and herofold any turn to more action from SB without reads. Folding flop is OK too but if you have no reads he can take this line with AK sometimes pre/on the flop

Hmm... did you miss that BB is also in the pot? He makes cold call to SB 3bet preflop and now calls cbet on dry flop. Very dangerous to continue with 99 imo.

he call/called preflop. sure he can have a set but he's more likely just some fish with some apir + gutshot combo or something. plus his call makes sb more "honest" on later streets. ie if he's barreling off with AK postflop then aclling the flop with the intention of folding the turn is heinous
