According to the push or fold charts provided by pokerstrategy, you must call. Charts suck, use the ICM Trainer from PokerStrategy.
Not sure what you mean by "this is an obvious read...", the shortstack is always going to be shoving very wide in this spot with or without the HBL.

Come on mr.Judge, you can't say to beginners like me that charts suck. Charts are ok for beginners, until you have been trained so much in the ICM trainer that you can understand by yourself that charts suck!!!
When I say "obvious read" I mean that SB's range after a HBL is very wide but ok, you are more experienced to notice that even without the HBL his range is wide enough for us to call.

Charts really really aren't great for such dynamic situations like this. There are simply too many factors to consider and a chart gets you into the wrong frame of mind. I highly suggest against anyone using charts. Instead train up in ICM Trainer BEFORE playing a large amount of SNGs and try to understand why we push and why we fold in certain spots. Post here if you need help.
