in my opinion its a good spot to make such a move. The pot is bigger than 1/3 of your stack so I think it worths the risk to squeeze. It is a lot better of course if you have a read for MP3 raising a lot from mid-late positions.
in my opinion again.... nh wp!!

Pushing looks good to me. Reraising after a raise is called in front of you is called squeezing. The initial raiser is squeezed between your reraise and the callers, so he has to act before he knows what the callers will do. You might initially think that you need a stronger hand to squeeze than you would need to reraise with no callers, but those calls inflate the size of the pot without promising much strength. These players will usually fold when you squeeze, and if they call, they usually will not have a big hand. So, although many people read a squeeze as stronger than an ordinary reraise, you may want to squeeze with any hand good enough to reraise without callers, and you might add a few more. AKo is strong enough to reraise against a HJ open, and it looks like a great squeeze.

I would push TT+ AK+ here, 99 and AQ is really really really close (with so much dead money in pot)

99+ AQ+ looks fine here, given that the 300 'dead' chips from SB and CO represent over 1/5 of our stack.
