I you have so many questions it is probably not a good idea :P.
I think you should at least get something like 65% staking to play OK BRM (still aggro) and maybe its not worth it for just €350. You could probably better play online. Ofc I you want the xp etc., go for it. But it wont be more +$ev than playing online for sure

btw.. i already know im gonna make the 35h.. i just love these on the edge situations.. more motivating for me than when everything goes smoothly

Thursday and sunday are the best days for me with 8.17bb/100 (14k$) and 9.77bb/100 (12k$)
edit: tuesday is the worst day -0.45bb/100 but up 4.4k

Side events at EPTs are usually a lot tougher than other 1k events.
About cash games I don't know, but I think they are relatively soft.
