[Closed] NL100: hit gutshot on 3-flush board

Pretty weird line idd. I would choose to fold if I don't have a read on villain ( maybe he took some marginal weird line before as a bluff, in that case you could call).

Because if villain wanted to bluff :

- He would bet the turn.
- He wouldn't shove river because you can easily have a flush yourself and if he's bluffing he might accomplish same fold equity by just raising your bet like 3x

So my best guess he has the flush and takes a weird line in the hope you will pay him off.

i dont like checking the turn here since villian will hardly put us on a flush and may just rep the flush betting turn and river. worse if another diamond hits on river and we can never call that down
we have a strong hand that we would want to protect and want him to pay for a redraw. i will bet/fold turn pretty much and check/call river(except for 4 card flush)

I don't like flatting pf against an aggressive reg who according to his stats has a tight bu range so I'd 3b of fold pre.

As played i don't like c/c flop with a gs when there is a fd on board and i'm oop. even if u hit your str8 it's ugly if a diamond comes considering his cbetting range on that board which includes oc with diamonds. so when u miss it's going to be c/f on turn and when your hit your 4outer it can lead to ugly spots like this when:
1. it's hard for u extracting value oop.
2. You puke when he raise you.

As the others guys said I'd donk the turn too and tell myself it's my bad for playing like this all the way when he raise me. Then the safest line would be folding cause I won't expect him to raise me with Ad (he might raise sometimes with AdAx and Kdkx)
and even sets might decide to see the river before committing themselves when your line (c/c donk turn) quite strong (sets/flushes)

My first thought as well. This could be a call if BB was a fish though.

I don't like check/calling with a GS in any case. We only have 4 outs, so obv we don't have the odds to call. Implied odds are definitely not high enough to justify it (even on a rainbow board) because we're going for a c/c-c/r line in case we hit - this looks very strong so he will fold hands like Tx.
Having said all that, this is a nice hand to c/r the flop with because we get him to fold a lot of overcards.
In case we're called we still have some potequity.

As played on the diamond pretty much every option sucks, I'd probably also lead out to protect my hand.

As played on the river I'd b/f. Imo if he wanted to bluff he would make it a lot smaller (no one likes investing 80BB with pure air).
To me this looks like he went tricky with a nutflush to get us to make some herocalls on the river.
