Well.I play since a few days at PokerStars....but...Cg is mainly break even atm.

To get the results improved, I created some rules, which I unfortunately do not follow atm. I often play too many tables and sometimes also not focussed enough.

1) Play a maximum of 7 tables, the optimum is probably 6.
2) I will play NL 100, and only really good NL200 tables.
3) The session length should be max. 90 minutes. If there are tables with really big fishes, I will continue playing them, but close every other table.
4) Do not look on the $ Results. I will try to follow this until the end of November, where I want to look at $ result the first time.

Also I have to make some small changes for my game, and I guess, than I should have a winning month november. Let's see.

Some privat stuff:

Today I played about 3 hours guitar and bass. It was the first time after my broken left forefinger (July 2009) It was the also the first time, I had no pain using the finger that long.

But now my fingertips hurt, but who cares. ROCK'N ROLL BABY! _cool:

Probably I will play some tourneys tonight. Let's see..... =)

Hi!

Nice hands!

I was just wondering if u could tell me please your thoughts about ranges and line you took in :

1.) On the turn 2nd barrel bluffbet and push on river. What do you think his call range on turn is and what do you acomplish with river shove?

3.) What do you think are the worst hands that 2nd barrel there? If it is air isn`t he shutting down on turn A? What is your EQ against the range that crushes you vs his bluff range?

Thank you very much sir :f_grin:

Hi.

Sorry for writing late, I got a very busy week so far.

1) Actually it is probably spew. On this limit many guys don't fold the river after calling the turn. My original thoughts in the hand were, that he either could have someting like KQ, or 77-99 with a spade. The real question is, can he fold a baby flush?

2) He actually had a nice 3bet % in the BB. So I think he his range is wider. He might also have something like AJ,A10, A9, maybe also KQ, or if he had an idea prefold K10s or KJs, which he is semibluffing now.

Well....finally again some a post. Was very busy the last week, did not play many hands. Got my first difficult exam done on tuesday.

Started again last week and this week with some NL 50. Played about 8k hands (6k at Everest, 2k at Ongame), lost some stacks. Actually i was in total about 800 dollar under EV.

It doesn't matter what limit I play, it doesn't matter at which poker site, I always run under ev. It is overall round about 16.000 $ this year, only in cashgame.

I am not mentioning the flips I lost at several final tables or my bust in the party 300k tourney at 15th place with KK against 99 at the end of last year.

Well....i am actually getting tired of this cashgame crap and poker in general. I love the game, but my mindset is quite fucked up, to be honest.

My bankroll is acutally getting lower and lower through this BE/Slighty Losing Play. So, what do I do?

Keep playing cash? Play some NL 25?
Or switch to tourneys and 90/180 men Sng?
Stop playing online poker?

The graph of my short little NL 50 Play. Last 2 days.

Short Update.

Non Poker Related.

SHIIIIIIIIIIIP IT!

On Wednesday had a presentation for Event Team of BMW. This team is responsible for all trade fair, especially for the IAA 2011 in Frankfurt. We were 4 student groups, each one developed a draft for the IAA. It was a small competition. My Group won it and we got an offer of an internship next year, where we can help to set up the BMW part of the IAA. And of course, it would be paid very good. Maybe I can write my diplom thesis there as well. We will see.

Poker related:

As you might have expected, I haven't quit. Atm i am playing some tourneys and NL 25.

Tourneys: Quite ok overall, biggest cash was 14X. place in DNG at Sunday. Several other small cashes, but no final table unfortunately.

Cash: Atm playing Nl 25 to get some confidence back . YES! And after the first 5K Hands i am up.:-) I actually decided to do a small challenge for myself. I want to win 1K $(40 Stacks) with grinding Nl $25 and Nl €25 as soon as possible.

So what do you think, how much hands do I need for. Have a guess.

As a small hint: Today I played 1532 hands to win $160.
