Since we have a medium strength hand I just call the donk - he's not folding 9x if we raise - and such a small raise may even him to call with his air/overcards since we look weak and he can move us later.

Since he's never folding better, and rarely calling worse, the flop raise doesnt accomplish much so think we're better off calling and letting him bluff again on the turn.

As played, it's fine. We're not getting away from 2nd nuts on the turn, so either call turn and shove river or raise turn will be fine.

Raise flop is pretty bad. What do you want to accomplish?

You hit gin on the turn, so you go broke.

I think reraising more post flop can t give you more infos.
My reads are 99 or top pair.

I guess my thinking was hands like 76 on a double gutter or 87/86/overcards I can get more value from ? If I flat then I still don't know if he has 9x, draws, overcards or 77,66,44 and don't know which turn cards really help me. If he bets 3/4 pot on flop I find flatting much easier but such a small bet lets him see a turn card with a lot of junk relatively cheaply.

Flop: For the given reason, that he is donking into us that often, then I'd just let him continue his bluffs, we don't really accomplish much with the raise as said earlier. We are kinda turning our hand into bluff, since we are making worse hands to fold and better hands will just continue, and if he decides to reraise? Also I don't like the min-raise either. If you are planning to raise then make it proper size, at least $6.
