I'd 3bet preflop because you don't get the same implied odds to hope to hit a set against a LAG in a blind battle. But that's probably personal preference as much as anything.

You have to call the flop, on the turn when he carries on firing you can put him on Jx, an overpair, a full house, or a bluff. He should check medium hands like TT, 88 and 77 because they have showdown value but not against anything that calls two barrels.

The shove on the end is usually a maniac trying to appear bluffy when they hit the nuts, so i'd put him on a flush or occasionally QQ there and make a reluctant laydown.

I´d personally would raise turn. I think it looks like blocking bet or scared bet, so I think you take pot down a lot of times if you make it 4$, he would b/c sometimes with worse hands, like flushdraws and he may b/f better hands TT or QQ/KK/AA and I doubt he is shoving there anything less than Jx.
Ofcourse just calling and folding to that river seems also fine
