EV diff. is how much you win on average minus how much you actually won.

Ok, so why is the example above a minus number?

Well even if you have the best hand like AA vs KK and go all in for 100BB, you shouldn't win the whole 200bb pot, but only 160bb from the pot since you had 80% equity. So when ever you go broke and win, you win 200BB so the EV difference is -40bb.

Correct.

So this value doesn't say if a push or call was good. It just says if you run over or under the estimated value.

So in your case the equity in your hand was:

Board:
       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG    67.98%  64.11%   3.87% { A :club:J }
UTG+1  32.02%  28.15%   3.87% { A :heart:2 }

This means you only win 67.98% of the time. You won this hand, but you shouldn't always. Thats the reason why the EV is minus.
