In life, I am used to get what I want when I am a pain in the *, to bad but that is how it works.

+ I think this is unproffsionall by the support not answering tickets in time and giving you the wrong information then not informing you after that.

So when there are people like me (complaining) there is a big chance that problems will get solved or solved faster.

Be greatful, because in the future when you need something you will maybe get it much faster than if we hadn't complained today!!
