What to do on this flop with only 9bb left?? check/fold? bet/fold?? CO stats was like 27/5 but not big sample.
What to do in this spots when in late phase somebody limp from LP and we flop top pair weak kicker on bb??

Well we have 8bb left after posting big blind. CO might limp strong hands as well to trap, but he is probably going to have lot of KJ, QT type of hands in his range. We flop top pair, which is going to be best hand most of time, if we don't have reads that CO would be trapping in this spot. So with bet we get pot quite often.
So lets say we bet 400 and CO shove. It would mean 1220 call for pot of 3840. So we need 35% or something like that versus his range. If he is only raising with better made hands we can bet-fold, but if he has some draws or weirdly played small pocket(e.g. 66) in his range (some fish like to limp-snap call shoves with those) call become good. So it's not that automatic situation with reads, but we are so shallow and far from bubble that I would usually go for bet-call. Obviously situation might change if both villains stick into pot.

never fold top pair this shallow in a limped pot readless. check/shove if CO is aggressive (more value from his cbet range), bet/call if hes passive
