No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (5 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($18.28)
BB ($13.50)
Hero (UTG) ($26.32)
MP ($20)
Button ($18.29)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A, A
Hero bets $0.80, 1 fold, Button calls $0.80, 2 folds

Flop: ($1.90) 6, 9, 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $1.90, Button calls $1.90

Turn: ($5.70) 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $4, Button calls $4

River: ($13.70) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $11.59 (All-In), Hero folds

Total pot: $13.70

Opponent 53/19, 3b 9, WTSD 28, AF 0.9, 64 hands. At that time didn't had even 64 hands and reads but assumed he's a fish. If I had a note that he could turn his medium strength hands in to a bluff calling river is fine ?

I think it would be fine.

Any way, I might be tempted to give a call.

You only have to win one in two to be breakeven.

against 53/19 I would likely just shove river since I think he would call us down with worse hands
If you want you can c/f river, but against 53/19 I also tend to call, since as you said he can shove river with worse hands
