Erptech: I really can't tell ... I think that you should choose the one with most buttons :) However it doesn't have to be really expensive, mine was bought ~20$..
Just make sure it really fits your hand for 100% ... Otherwise you will be in trouble when you will be playing 4 hours and more ...

And now about update ... :)

Ufff ... guys I am really busy now :) 27.3 I got kind of Czech republic's championship in karate and it will be pretty hard I hope I won't get blackout in first minute ... so now I'm having really hard workout and preparations which takes almost every minute of my freetime :)

Actually I'm still able to play some hands everyday ...I've decided to move from 24 to 9 tables ... and focus more on postflop game .. :)

I could make this happen because I'm about 1700VPPs now ... Which makes it very easy to reach GS this month ... :)

I just want to improve as much as possible during this month and really focus on my postflop decisions .. Make some profit and in April reach Platinum star and play again about 16-24 tables .. :)
Trying to read about 200 hands everyday in evalution and try think what will I do ... In the most times my resolution is same as Veriz's ... :)

Thx guys and here is today's graph... I am not sure if I'm going to play more :) However, it's possible :)

Again running under EV Line lol ! :))

So guys ... Thank you very MUCH! I appreciate your time and every post you've written here ... It helps me a lot :))

Cya

Hi bro. Here is Vaigl from Havlickuv Brod and Dota player I hope you remember. I am playing NL 25 5max. I see that you are taking it really serious so i wish you a lot of patience and skill (luck is not important :)). If you would like to talk with me about poker or anything else write me on ICQ 324989055 or on facebook if you dont have ICQ (Vít Bárta). I have one question do you enjoy playing poker? Because i cant imagine enjoying poker by 24tabling fullring. Or you play just coz of money? Or you want to show yourself that you are able to be good in it? About NSDW imho it is not important where your profit comes from. It is very hard to have red line at least breakeven becasue there are too many spewy players on low stakes and i think that red line of every tight player goes down. But it is balanced by showdown winnings. You are playing on PokerStars it is hardest poker room (maybe with fulltilt) if you will move to smaller poker room your profit will be probably bigger (but such a multitabling will not probably be possible). Another thing i cant understand is how can u play differently against different players with so many tables but i am probably just too slow :). Sorry for my english this is the reason why i would prefer ICQ communication in czech so write me if you want!

Hello guys!

Today I am not going to play, however, I will spend about all night in evalution forum (post some of my hand and try to judge others, it helps a lot!)

I'm now spending really A LOT of my time in this part of pokerstrategy.com ... I enjoy every post, every hand because every hand is original and I can try to find the best way how to play it :)

It's so many stuff for learning!!! I don't get how can anyone ignore it! :)

So tonight theory tomm. I will play about 3-4k hands I guess :)

Thx you guys!

Cya :)

Hello guys!
_biggrin: I guess I've manage to make some improve, let's see if it's only luck or I really pwn my oppononents ^^

So this is how my cashier looks :)

And today: Now I'm leaving to play some football in gym (I hope you understand:D) ... And ye that's what I'm really looking for it's great time with great guys!

I'm not sure if I will play any more hands today, however, it's very unlikely ^^ As today is coaching ^^

It was pretty good today :) I played my ABC poker and I was succesfull ... (Even though I had some really cool coolers ^^) ...

I hope that I've finally managed to improve into beating mode :)

Hello guys!

Today I spent all my day with poker ^^ ... At first I played a 1 hour session and then had a session with my mate from school (redwarf1 on PS) ... we used mikogo and I watched him playing then we switched the roles .. :)

It was great time, actually he made nice profit, however, I went dooown and doown :)) Just check the graph ;) ...

As you know I'm playing on Pokerstars ... Redwarf is playing on PartyPoker and yee ... I have to say it's HUGE difference between players ... He agreed with me after my session ... On PS NL10 is just way more agressive pre/postflop, when you hit it's really harder to get value from them ... It's not "THE EASY NL10 full of retards", which everyone says ... It is possible that two years ago it was ... however nowadays, it's not! ... definitely not .. :)

Pokerstars is full of wannabe regulars ... It's really hard to find there a guy who will stack off with AK preflop so I have come to conclusions ...:

1) playing on bad site
2) playing against bad guys (wannabe regs)
3) actually not making so huge mistakes I just have to kind of stay more in game :)
4) Now I will focus on table selection ... I just downloaded tableshark (trial) ... And let's see if it will work :) I will play less table 12-15 and focus on fish and taking value from them!

I'm just in war against regs ... It's really not how should I come to money :)

Hello guys :)

As you know I'm trying to improve day by day. Unfortunately I couldn't play enough hands this weekend (karate).
Nevertheless, I've made next step in my game. As I have said, playing on Pokerstars is tough even for NL10 :) ...

I've realized that my problem is in playing versus regs and nits :) I actually wasn't table selecting properly (I've made basic stuff prf% etc)...

I bought 1M hands from PTR + download TableScan... And I was focusing on table selection + playing big hands only against fish :) ... And? My results? :)

Check it out! ^^

Of course I can't play 24 tables like this :( ... I just want to make sure that every table I have opened is with a fish, not playing vs regs anymore lol ... ^^ I was so stupid! I really didn't care about his a lot... now I see it's number 1 ^^

However, it takes a lot of time to make "fishing" like this ... It's still profitable though ^^

I'm kind of annoyed that I didn't realized it earlier :) However, next big step for me I guess .. Just compare two last graphs! _cool: _cool:

Hello guys!

Still playing same strategy - fishing :) It works perfectly, however, I'm not so lucky now, it's working very well..

My strategy is: Open empty tables and w8 for fish if I have free searches on PTR I always search the guy who joined in and try to figure out how bad he is.

You can see on the graph big swing-up ... It was HU against a funny guy who cold with EVERYTHING ... I've made like 50$ on him haha ...

I really like playing HU there, people can't play it ... They usually do as in fullring + they are more loose in postflop (they calll you with second pair on all streets) ... just lol! :)

I'm considering to move only on HU, because instead of NL10 FR the players will be pretty soft I guess ... :)

Hello guys!

Today I had to study a lot, it was quite boring, however, I find possible to play like 6 tables + learn in the same time! It's great ...

As I'm not playing so many hands nowadays I find it quite harder to reach GS on NL10 ... However, I will do my best for reaching it every month .. (I guess it means to switch sometimes to 24 table sessions ...)

I'm still improving a lot. I try to think a lot about hands, hand ranges and so on ... It's really great I think my strategy is really working for me!

I even don't feel it's hot run or something ... Usually it's like I win big pot then I lose big pot and I'm going slowly up... Today it was quite same, however, the end of my session was great :) Actually no suck out, good reads and so on ... :) It just worked and I took max of the value ...
_cool: Love poker guys!

Here are my stats in let's say "Fishing era" :))

What's going on guys?!

I'm really not sure if it's all luck ... The players are so bad!!! No more stupid regs, it's great :)

I feel first time that I play against players who are usually described "FISH - CALL WITH EVERYTING"

I really haven't met them so frequently before ... however now? It's just GREAT! :))

I've made few mistakes today I know about them so it's cool ... The rest was very well played ... :) VALUE, VALUE, VALUE ... easy thing! :))

Hello!

Yesterday I played my standard game ... It was quite funny, because I had really millions of suckouts + sometimes I've made bad moves I have to admit :)

So I will focus on this and actually play more check/call ... I'm sometimes way too agressive, however, when you see that someone calls you 3 streets with K high you think there is always some value :))

And funny thing happened I was playing my two tournaments ... (100 000$ and 30 000$ for Golds) ...

You know I was doing pretty well in 100 000$ (average 2500 and I was about 8500) .. However, then my phone rang and a mes. "I'm in town:-*"...

Guuuuys If there is any record in getting out of your flat I've made it

Girls >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Poker

So I had to leave the tournaments "sitting out" :( ... However, I really don't regret that

Hello again quick update mainly by shots, I think it's quite better than thousand words :)

I'm playing same strategy - NL10, I'm trying to find the biggest fish there and take all money from it!

And ... it works pretty well :) However, I can't play more than 15 tables ... Still it's better to win more money I guess :)

Hi guys! :))

Tududu still going pretty well ... and ye because I'm not really giving up on my dreams (SNE!) ... I started to play 20 tables again :) and yes, it's quite harded but I can still make it!! :))

My bonus is reaching to his end (360/520) it's quite sick :( I'm not sure how I will be going without it I hope it will still work like now :) ...

Here is my cashier + status + winrate in my "NEW STYLE" :))

I guess it's still very luck included (good setups for me) ... However, diferent in skill level is HUGE :) I can feel it in every pot ... It's a lot easier game :)

- now I get why people say Pokerstars has the hardest microstakes and it's definitely true! ... Good thing is that I just found way how to play against the bad one => I should be able to reach good winnings :)

As you can see my Gold status is ready! It's great! :)
If I will be able to play 3-4 hours daily for all coming month I will reach platinum star.. However, I don't need it now at all :) (Still need about 38k FPPs to reach 650$ bonus :) I'm looking forward for this bonus, it will be my ticket to the NL25 I guess) ... :))

Have a nice day and wish me luck :) I'm working hard guys! ;)

Hello guys ...

I'm reaching my plans so far ... And I've decided that I will move to SH now...

I was capable to beat NL2,NL5,NL10 fullring playing at least 12 tables (most of the hands were played on 24 tables) ...

Now it's next level of my game and dream of reaching SNE next year :)) I have to move to shorthanded games ...

I will start playing NL10 SH with my bankroll of 900$ ... I will start with 12-15 tables and play some volume to make decisions if I'm capable to beat that.

I think it won't be so huge skill jump for me from FR, actually because I've played so many hands so far + improved my postflop skills quite a lot :)

This is graph for last two days :) Actually some bad setups appeared, however, I was ready for them as I was going pretty well in last 5 days :)

Ok so now I'm going to work hard on my SH strategy and let's see if I will make it :))

Hello guys!

Well so I'm playing NL10 SH now :) As I have said already I had to move because it will be much easier to earn more VPP :)

I haven't read many things about NL10 SH ... and SH at all ... So from the very start I was playing kind of stupid style ^^ I was playing to loose againts bad players and unfortunately I have never hit the board..

+ Some suckouts appeared pretty fast :)
I went about 50$ down and took a break ... I figured out I was just pushing my opponents to much. So I played less agressive and more times I used c/c etc ... :)

It worked pretty well :) Just look ;)

Recapulation:

+ nonshowdown winnings pretty good (actually playing only 12 tables, but still!)
+ ~60VPP earned per hour! It means ~120VPP on 24 tables hoho!
+ noobs everywhere ...
+ feel very comfortable postflop
+ tommorow gonna play at least 15 tables (it wasn't so hard for me to play 12 tables actually, very easy, I just didn't want to rush it :) )
+ I really like SH way more than FR, if you see noob at the table, you can extract all the money with very margial hands! It's great :)
+ people have tendences to go allin with a lot worse than FR (pretty simple to realize why), however, I want to play my standart and just take advantage of this

- Tighten up preflop and find better spots for second barreling (actually in the "second" session it worked pretty well for me)
- Sometimes I'm way too loose (againts bad players) I have to learn be patient and wait really for the best moment
- I have feelings it will hurt sometimes very much at SH, as it's sometimes very marginal :)
- I'm not sure if it's + or -, however, I'm not able to watch TV series or chat during playing SH :) FR was way too easy, however, SH? No fucking way!

Ye guys and one more thing has happened... Pretty ugly :(
I was watching a guy from Team pro NL600 ... I was preparing for my own session and just opened table ninja ... (BIG MISTAKE)

I have options there for automatical join to tables so I joined 3 free seats at the tables and paid BB .. i left the first two, however, on the third I had A4s in HU .. I felt like ok, let's try take it down now and leave it fast...

So I raised he called, flop pretty dry I have made cbet, he called ... Hand ends here for me, however, -40$ really great!

Thanks for watching / reading my blog :)

If you have any questions feel free to ask or share your opinions about my graphs/tactics :) I will be glad for every opinion, which can actually move me further :)

gn guys :) I'm curious if someone has read it all

AlcaTrazzalz (what a hard writing name ) ...

I haven't made much profit playing poker actually (shame on me! ) :)) My lifetime profit is about 310$ now (since January 11)+ the rest is from bonuses ;)

Dassaevr - nice to know, somebody is actually watching me ^^ !

I've already made a video, however, it was a terrible one and I was too scare to public it (My english etc., etc. ..)

I'm still working on it :) I hope I will help you all :)

This month I'm going to reach Platinum star, it requires 250VPP/day :)

I'm able to make 100VPP/hour by playing only 15 tables NL10 SH. It means about 2,5hour everyday of poker (very achievable) .. :) So I'm going for it!

I want to play 24 tables SH very soon, however, still I don't want to rush it ..

Today I've already played some hands... It wasn't hard at all, I just really have to tighten up a bit :) And poker God showed his ass to me

Still I feel I can do it! :) Now will come worse time as I was beating last 25k hands for almost 14bb/100 ... It will go down somehow I guess :) Tonight I will add graph )

Hello guys :))

I'm working on my game day by day, session by session :)

Shorthanded seems to be harder than FR. Ranges are more wide and it's harder to make good conclusions (however, it's not impossible) ..

I think I have improved a lot and I'm playing only for 3 days SH :) I have somehow changed my strategy - I will not pay so big attention to vids/articles etc., because I feel that I play not my game I play just game of someone who told me how to play you know :)

I hope you understand this. Right now, I'm just working on MY game I'm trying to really understand why I do this and this move, I don't want to have winrate 10bb/100 just because of copying a better player, however, not understanding why he plays like that :)

Well let's see if I can stay in the improving mode and crush shorthanded :)

Today I've tried playing 20 tables SH ... It was cool, I think I will be able to play this amount of tables easily later :))

Hello guys :))

Grinding mode is still "on" I'm playing now 16 tables, which I can handle well and it doesn't force me to do so many mistakes :) (as I'm jsut learning the SH for now)...

I'm playing ~3 hours per day ... I want to make Platinum star this month :) It won't be easy at all! However, I think I can do it :)

If I will stay in this grinding mode it seems possible for me to make Supernova this year! :) Actually even by playing NL10 SH! , however, I count with moving up ofc and on NL50 for example it will be really no problem :) ... Let's see if I can do it! :))

About my VIP system – some calculations.

I was very suprised how many VPPS I’m able to achieve by playing SH, it’s really great!
I’m doing about 100VPP/hour only on NL10 SH! By playing 16 tables!

It means on 24 tables I will be able to make 1/3 more => 133VPP/hour
If I will count that I will play only NL10 SH till the end of year it will look like this:

VPP for this day: 8938
VPP which should I have: ~ 25800

It means I need more than 90 000 VPPs to get Supernova => 90 000/~275days = 330VPPs daily

It’s big challenge for me! However, I will do it, I just decided I will …

Big plus for me are big holidays – two months free so I can play even more than 5hours/day on average. I will just sacrifice this year to the poker, make Supernova (~5000$) on rakeback and next year do the same thing with NL100 and reaching SNE.
As I will move up through all the year I think I'm able to make Supernova much easier than 3hours/day... On NL25 or NL50 I will make required VPPs much faster...

Wish me luck guys I'm going to work hard :)!
