What are the benefits of PokerTracker over PokerOffice? I am using Office right now. So the question is really:
Why should I switch to Tracker when I got 2000 StrategyPoints?

Hi B3lly!
You don't have to switch but the advantage is that you get PokerTracker and PokerAce for free whereas you had to buy Office.

i haven''t received a registration key yet although I have 2000 points. I have written a ticket, but no answer yet.. please help

I think that it would be a nice improvement to send a letter to those who has collected the 2000 points which says "Congratulation! blablabla... The license will be posted to you in a month, please be patient." or stg like that. 
The licenses are sent to you as soon as possible. No need to become impatient.
