I think check/fold is better. If you check and villain bet he has pair of KK.

C/f turn would be better, he will most likely not bet unless he has TP+ and he also probably won't call second barrel with worse.

I would blockbet smallish. Betting more than half pot is useless so between 33-50% is optimal
