i would fold to a raise from utg.

On NL 10 it is easy fold, not sure about NL 2. SHC says fold.

Easy fold imo, most of the time u are dominated by utg raiser and u have a poor position.

on this limit, just usw SHC.
=> 3bb = fold
=> 2bb = reraise, because a minraiser is treatet as a limper
