Hi I play 16 tables on fulltilt, but my screen has all windows in the smallest size and it barely fit. How does it look when you play 24 tables? Do you play with one screen or two? :)

Cheers! /Alex

Tryhardnoob:

I'm not clicking on them you know. I have all showed so I don't have to find specific ones if you understand :))

I have really a big HUD :) I spend a lot of time in HEM just opening different hands and try to read opponents stats quickly and make some conclusions try it... I hope it helped ^^

Leito99:

Yep, however, now there is no such opinion, I have to play this amount of tables because of my new challenge :)) I know it will be hard, however, I feel comfortable right now ... :)

I bet that is why you is you and he is he ;)
No but seriously I feel when I play anything less than 16 tables I get very bored of the game and would aaaalmost rather not play at all (wouldn't be surprised if KillerFishes is like that also). I sooo wish I could play 24 tbls on Fulltilt, probably I will have to switch to pokerstars.

@KillerFishes what do you mean with having a really big HuD? Could you do a printscreen shot and erase the names if you wanna be private? Would mean alot to me!

Cheers! /Alex

Hello guys :))

tryhardnoob:
By big Hud I mean I have a lot of stats there :) That's all ;)

Today I've decided to try new strategy for me - I will not see my winnings for a week so today is my graph how am I doing for this month so far ...

The first 8k was just trying my approach etc. etc (ignore it) ...
... Then I found my way and played, however, big down went over :)) It was unreal - I couldn't win even one showdown ... I didn't felt so bad, still it doesn't help you ... I've made a few mistakes, which were 100% made before of my mind "I'M CURSED" :))

Well, that's why I've decided for this ... I will not check my winnings all week :) I hope I will make it because I will play much better I guess :)

So I hope you won't be upset that I don't update graphs so often :) I will make it 1 time per week I think :)

Btw. Started to play 18 tables instead of 16 and it still works GREAT :)) I just need to buy tableofinterest as my monitor isn't so big :O And still doing good in my challenge of Platinum star in NL10 SH + Supernova :)) It's still looong fight :)

So this is my last graph for long time :))

This is all my SH :) Actually ignore the first 8k - it was only warmuping and aclimatizating for SH ... After I have made few conclusions about play and decided on MY OWN (no copying!!) ... I started to beat it and ye, then the big down and now again beating ... let's see if it works like this! :))

Actualy ... I SUCK HARD Well, it's not so bad, I had really HARD time playing .... I think this was one of my biggest asshole downswings :) However, I played ok and it was ok ... Now I just need to get back, which shouldn't be so hard actualy ... :)

Today I've made some calculations about stealing blinds / 3betting light and all that stuff ... I think I will make a thread or something where I will share this with you, so I can help you actualy ...

What is the best way where to share these thoughts? I mean it's better to do some new thread right? Not post it in here so it will be unfindable after two weeks :)

I'm doing great in my challenge! 2000Vpp today (300 more then I should have...) and on the weekend I plan to do really a lot and break 1000$ ! :))

Wish me luck guys and give me your opinions if I should start second thread about probalities/easy math calculations (which I think not everybody knows or think about!) ... It helped me a lot, now I'm counting just every BB :)

Aaa guys

Pretty hard time here :( SH = no way for me ... I will try the Fullring once again .. I'm like -24BIs for NL10SH :) so that's not that great (ofc it is caused because amount of the tables ..) However, I have to play so many because I want to become ULTIMATE GRINDER :) So no way to fail!

I wil play FR NL10 again :) Let's see if it will work .. If not I thought about moving to SNG :) I've made pretty good bankroll so I could play 9man 10$+1$ .... it means 5VPP/tournament ... I could make even more VPP/day by this way :)

I have finally reached my bonus! I have cash out about 150$ so now I'm on 710$ :) still pretty good don't you think?

If I won't be able to beat it.... I will have to move actualy on another site and take the 25k FPPs for 300$ ... However I don't want to give up! Still I think microstakes are the hardest on pokerstars and it doesn't make sense to stay there if I can win a lot more somewhere else :)

However, I will miss the VPP system and dreams about reaching SNE :) Still money -> EGO :))

Hello guuuys :) I'm here again ... And everything goes fine! As I've said ... I've moved to NL10 FR ... It's kind of complicated, because I can't make enough VPPs :(

I'm about 100Vpps per 1,5 hour ... So I have to play a lot more than on SH, however, I feel much more comfortable :) It's quite easier for me to beat these guys ... They're so simple ...

Experience from SH has helped me a lot! I can feel my postflop game is much better :)

So I'm staying at FR + trying to reach Platinum star this month it requires about 4 hours per day :) Crazy stuff don't you think?

I'm not sure if I will make it, however, I will try my best! :)

And about Supernova? I'm not giving up on this dream! I think I can really make it and reach 4000$ just from FPPs :) ... However, I will have to move to NL25 soon ... I think I will try to play some tables of NL25 next week :) Let's see if it's the same ...

Graph for NL10 FR :) I won¨t post here graph for NL10SH My ego will cry so bad :( As I've said I wasn't able to beat it and went about 24 buyins down :)) _o:

Hello guys, I'm sorry for being out for so long :)

I had really a lot of things to do ... I didn't quit! I just realized something very important ...

Pokerstar's microstakes (especially NL10+) are I guess the toughest one ever :) You can actually steal blinds from UTG! and every position if it's folded to you...

I was checking HH one time and I've made some conclusions ...

1) I can't beat NL10+ playing so many tables even with table scanner and using table selection (at the most you get 1 fish per table!! WHAT?!) ... They just don't pay, it's all about who gets AA versus KK preflop first ... or who hits overpair vs set first etc ... just "reg" wars...
2) Cashgame and Sngs are becoming very hard
3) MTTs are MUCH softer than CG/Sng ... I'm actually a newbie to MTTs, however, I can see big potentional there, it's much more based on math ... And because I like math really a lot I enjoy playing MTTs much more than cashgame ... You know, counting enemies ranges + ICM, it works for me I guess ... :)
4) I didn't update my blog, because I was curious if someone is really interested in this blog and will write something :) It took me like 20 min almost everyday I just wanted to see if it's worth it ...

So now my plan is:
Play NL5 24 tables (Winning 3-4bb/100) and the most important without big downswings, playing cashgame over the week to make money and support bankroll...
Play at the weekend MTTs, start at the evening and then play till noon (actually there are very profitable tournaments, very often the Guaranted prize isn't even reached) ....

So this is my strategy ... I'm not giving up on my dream about SNE or SN ... I guess I will just choose another way (the easier one)... I need to hit one of this tournaments and move up in MTTs.

Ok this is it ;)

THX for update but it would be better with graph :) I agree with all you wrote (maybe just FTP is toughest than PS). MTTs are imho too most soft. But wasnt you considering one more option you can choose? Its called start playing poker instead of waiting for nuts? :) Now when u know how easy is for you to read oponents you should be able to play your opponents instead of playing your cards hey? I dont say that i can do this but for me it is the most amusing and most skilled aproach to poker. And it is ofc best investment for future. You will never play even mid stakes with robotic game on so many tables.

Well ... I'm not interested in CG anymore ... It will be just harder and harder, of course playing "Poker" brings most fun and skill gaining... Still it doesn't make sense for me to "study" CG, because there is too big competition, you know ...

I will stay in NL5 as bankroll builder and to reach some VPPs (also because I just enjoy playing 24 tables, it's good relaxation for me)...

On Friday/Saturday evenings I will play the MTTs :) Ofc if I'll be at home, I guess it won't be so often :))

About my first hit! Check it out!

Hell yeah! Today I will play next session, I will try to play about 20-40 tournaments.

My Broll: 1400$ (350$ is coming from rakeback! 25k FPPs required I got 23k and only next 1800vpps to reach 50$) ...

This looks pretty good and the best about my mindset - I lost connection between "money - chips in my cashier" ... If you understand, I don't see my bankroll as money, I just want to grow it as much as possible ..

It means I won't be frustrated if I lost like 400-500$ until next (bigger) hit ...

See ya guys!

Hello guys,

how are you doing? :) I hope you're all fine! I'm still working on my MTTs I love it! I think that the field is really soft and it allows me to make big money :))

I was forced to make a big cashout (~1150$) due the decreasing of USD against CZK.. So now I've left about 550$ there and I'm playing all tournaments <5$.

I play atleast against 2000 opponents, therefore the variation is quite big, however, the soft field still works for me ...

As you can see on the graph, I'm not going "down" so much. I am pretty confident with loosing like 100 tournaments before hitting big one (which means at least 3rd place it's usually about 800$)...

My strategy is usually pretty standard, just play tight from start and abuse bubble a lot... I guess in these tournaments where are even 7000 competitors you can't play for "getting into money" you have to play for getting into Final table and it's how I do ... I play for final, I play for win because if I play 2.2$ tournament and there is 2.2k $ for first 1500$ for second and 1100$ for third ... I have about 1000 tries to win this tournament I can't imagine that I won't be in profit after playing this amount of tournaments ...

(As you can be sure, you are always called preflop by a fish with his "MONSTER" hand (87s) ... etc :)

So usually you double up at least for 80% of time or you get even better odds against ATC ... if I look at my stats I ended like 90% in the first half and I have more than 75% to end in the first quarter so ...

That's it I guess ... I just wanted let you know :) P.S working on some math things I will upload it here ... See ya :)

I have read your blog.
And I have to say, that I like your mindset.
You dont care about Up- or Downswing.
I think if you play always 24 tables, it isn't so complicated, if you lose some hands.
But the main problem in this playing style is, that you cant advance your skills in poker.
You can handle NL2, Nl5 and maybe NL10 against fishes.
But you will be very bad against regs.
If you play against me and I find you in the player search as a "24-tabling guy".
Then I can very good adapt my play against you. I would win very postflop situation, where you not hit the flop!

just think about it.
