With the GS+overcard I'd still CBet for fold equity and we likely even getting it.

What about the turn ? Is it better to cbet seing him showing weakness ?

If he is a thinking player then he would understand anyways that you would bet with any pairs on flop to protect from any kind of draw and don't think that we have much fold equity vs PPs. Rather Cbet the flop as I said which brings even more fold equity.
