Okay I know you will be asking to verify age and such, now what do I do if I have no way to fax or scan? I am looking forward to getting my $50.00 Bonus, but I need to know that I didn't just do it all in vain.

make sure that the pics are clear esp. when you zoom in on the details. otherwise, it will be denied 
i used my iphone's camera + good lighting which was sufficient. i've heard that those taken with webcams are very poor quality so i would advise against it.

Just ensure everything is clear and you will be fine. I was lucky enough not to have to go through any of these so didnt have to spend time taking photos but you will be fine
Thank god for Ipod Touches, am Uploading Images Now. I Uploaded one with both my ID and Rogers Bill in same picture and also 1 of each by themselves.
