Hi people,
This morning I sent a mail to support@pokerstars.com, it's been 12 hours and I didn't received any response or automated response to let me know they got my mail. Is this common? I think it is the first time I contacted the pokerstars support, I am used to fulltilt support that answers in a few hours and send automated response to let you know they got your mail. Does pokerstars send automated responses too?

They do not send automated response as full tilt but they have one of the best support (much much better than full tilt had). Usually they reply very fast. No response after 12 hours is strange.
you should get response almost automatically or if it is something more complicated in about 24 hrs
I would check your email addresses etc
Thanks for your answers guys. I sent another mail, I will wait until tomorrow to see if I get a response, then I will try from another mail address if I still get nothing.
EDIT: they answered me and solved my problem in a fair way, very good support indeed.

My emails are usually replied within an hour. Yes, they have great customer support. Maybe, you got some complex questions which is why had been taken so long time to think
