good shove? or wait and call wide in BB (or get decent hand on the next one)

I think wait, perhaps if you were later to act I would shove, but as it is, wait for bb or a better hand. You can still have FE with 4bb, so I'm not sure if you absolutely need to shove this.

I would fold I thnk...

yesterday I downloaded ICM trainer and did all the lesons in an hour..

As I remember K4o is fold in this situaton. I could be mistaken but I think not
