Depends what you mean by "rigged"
If you mean something about the RnG then both Full Tilt and Stars under the conditions of their licenses in the UK have to have their RnG's externally auditted and be able to produce the results, in fact both sites linked to the audits on their main websites if you dug enough.
wrt a site like Party Poker or William Hill, they're listed on the LSE. Having dodgy unaudited games would be utter suicide for them and once again they have to have their RnG audited.
If you mean "there are more losers than winners". Yup that's called the rake and that combined with the fact that 80% of poker players think they're better than 80% of other players generally correlates into massive feelings of injustice.
What happened to this guy is unfortunate but in the grand scheme of things he's a statistical outlier, which also means thanks to the way media is he'll achieve much more importance than this story is entitled too. Yes there are problems with gambling addiction, that's why casinos have "Game responsibly" and other such slogans plastered all over them. The tools are there, the sites provide them (such as deposit limits, downswing limits etc). If people choose not to use them that's not the site's responsibility.
Well Boomer if they were able to pay off bank officials and other people with bribes to process poker payments in the name of golf balls and jewellary to further the interests of their business, it is possible that they use agencies that get to see a clean run of games during the audit. And its easy to buy that with money. Honestly that is really easy to do especially when the agency will get a fee to say that their clients games are safe. I personally have a different opinion on this and i do believe that parts of online poker is rigged. A WSOP bracelet winner has also claimed he believes online poker is not random, here is the link
http://www.onlinepoker.net/poker-news/general-poker-news/online-poker-rigged-wsop-winner/6801
And having tried Entraction, Ipoker, Pokerstars, Full Tilt, Everleaf network (minted), Everest and Action poker (pay no rake.com) my overall belief is that elements of online poker are rigged, but in my opinion about 96% of the games are not, thats just my view. People who are vocal in the chat boxes of poker sites tend to get different treatments, there are discussions of this subject on people that experienced this at pokerstars, i did experience it too.
However you are free to believe in their systems, but i would like to re-iterate if they have criminal prosicutions for having broken the law on serious crimes to make $, they can tweak their systems to make $ imo. However i respect your point of view if you believe they arent rigged, i do believe they are in my experience.
They have criminal prosecutions against them for trying to pay out the customers they owed money to thanks to a law that WAS corruptly bought it, read up on how the UIGEA was bought in and then you would probably see who WAS paying off the right people. They don't have criminal prosecutions against them for providing rigged games.
WSOP Braclet winner does not mean good player, it means "guy who got lucky in a tournament". Even our own coaches admit that in order to bink a tournament of any size , if you're talking aboiut a sample size of 1, luck has to be on your side so just becasue one guy comes out and says "I don't trust it" doesn't provide any sort of proof.
And if you have proof the sites are rigged why haven't you produced it? I hope your sample size, if it's to do with how the cards fell, is in the tens of millions of hands otherwise you're not getting anywhere with it.
Also a "tin foil hat" arguement regarding their RNG auditors is not really going to get you anywhere either. Cigital (Pokerstar's Auditors) are a vast Online Security firm who are the leaders in their field, not some incredibly small insignificant bank. If you want to learn more about them go here

The problem that a lot of people, especially live players have, is that human beings are TERRIBLE at predicting what is truely random. Our brains are not wired that way. We try to see patterns in everything which results in us drawing conclusions that are not true especailly based on short term statistics. Poker does not work the way we are supposed to learn, i.e. through experience, which makes it and incredibly difficult game to learn. This is exaserpated when people play live because at a NLHE table you get, what, 25-30 hands an hour compared to the 80 per table you get when playing online.
Also, sorry to burst your bubble, but your net worth has nothing to do with your arguement. So nice brag, should it be true, but really it's not very relevant information.
But you obviously are steadfast in your beliefs so the only advice I'll give is for the sake of your own mindset is just let it go. You're not going to convince people who believe in the games that they're rigged, unless you actually provide the concrete proof you're talking about rather than just random assertation, and they're not going to change your mind either so unless your intention is simply to troll then really nothing here is going to serve a purpose
Best of luck in whatever you choose to do
