Not at all, that's what the thread is here for, we love to hear players stories, updates, successes and even bad beats.

In fact normally these tournament threads are much busier, think this one just got overlooked until I bumped it earlier with my own update.

But ofc concentrate on your game first & foremost, we can always hear about it later on or after the game.

And don't feel under any pressure at all. It's your game and you've earned the right to play it however you like. You've obviously been doing something right already to get this far

Cool man, I really appreciate your words of encouragement. I've got quite a lot of time in my Time Bank, as I've been making my decisions fairly quickly, so I think I will jst try and slow everything down a little bit and use my time more wisely.

I'm getting really nervous! I've never played in a big tournament like this, for 9 hours straight! The blinds are 10k/20k and I'm sitting on 734k which is also the average...so not in too much trouble atm, but I feel like I'm getting outplayed a lot of the time, as I've literally got NO experience in these kinda tourneys.

It's like a roller coaster and makes me wish I've never entered the satelite lol !!!!!

1.85M in chips, blinds 12.5k/25k

Currently 13th out of 102 !!!

i get inspired when i read posts like this.

i actually won a ticket to that tournament through a 0.55+ rebuy satellite. but i decided to just cashed it out and convert it to money as i've started to recently learn playing cash games and focus on it. now i regret a bit on not playing the tourney. hehe

Believe me, I would get inspired if I read a post like that myself, because literally I'm a no-bobody poker player, just started playing back last week after a maaassive break, and I've never been that good either.

Update: Lost a couple of chips since last time so now I'm on 2.8M with blinds 25k/50k and I'm currently 8th out of 52 !
