Just apologise to ur parents (as most 18 year old's have come home it that state I know I did when I was your age its no big deal u will do other things that will upset them it not that ur trying to do it its just lack of judgement at your age that will cause it, its part of growing up and becoming a adult you will learn from these cock up you make now as long as you face what you did wrong) and take ur punishment and move on.

Buy your mum a bunch of flowers, then look your dad in the eye tell him you just needed to blow off some steam and apologise.
