RULES
1. You grind with the mentioned rules except 2 and 3. Till you have 1500 dollars. After that rule 2, 3, 7 apply.
2. 35% profit goes to Zuttasoxx (15%), monkeyman77 (10%), Uros (10%)
3. 65% profit goes to the stakers
4. You will use 100 BI bankroll management. This is done by restricting the games you can play through the pokerstars restriction option
5. I want every day 2 screenshots. 1 of the sng/tournement limits and on of the cash game table limits mail them to zjazjoe@gmail.com
6. I want daily updates in this thread
7. Be available on Skype all time when you are playing poker
8. Be trackable on pokerstars.
9. 15 dollar buyin will be the max buyin you will play till you payed the original stakers 100% back.
10. Each time you reach $2250+ you pay back 500
11. By the end when you payed all stakers back. You will have 1500 dollars that you can keep for yourself. If possible arrange with the Pokerstars support lockdown of all games except the ones that the stake is valid for, and of course block the withdrawal option from the account except the transfer option to the stakers.
I'm sure if the matter would be explained to the support and all involved parties would agree with such a deal there shouldn't be too much problem to make it so.

I dont think PokerStars would agree on such a thing if you asked. There is no way you can request for them to implement restrictions on someone else's account. Understandably

Actually I didn't think that you'd request such restrictions.
Obviously the player himself should ask for those in good faith towards the stakers.
It wasn't meant in the way that stakers would contact the support and demand restritions upon his account.

Did you ever consider he will just withdraw the money and run off? He is clearly broke in IRL and I doubt he wants to grind his ass off till December to pay you guys back. I think you're pretty deluded in sending him money money and expecting ever to get it back.
lol you are seriously staking him again? i 100% agree with TobyCS. i mean i think it's better to lose what you already sent him, than sent him another share and lose that too.
imo, that's pretty naive. in my opinion you should give him a month in which he ought to send at least some money back to every staker, for the purpose of at least knowing he is honest in his intention of paying back. then i would go on from there...if there wasn't anything returned 'till then...I would definitely permanently ban him from ps.com and decide for any other reprecussions.
