I haven't earned strategy points since August 1 that's last day when i earned points, two weeks and no points, what's going on?

go to home profile settings and see if you are tracked correct.
look like this "Your account has been correctly tracked and you are receiving StrategyPoints" with a big green check.

Everything seems fine, but there is no points

Okay i send a ticket, reply was to make sure that i have been tracked my account, but i don't need to do that cause i am sure, i have been earning points last month, i just stop receive them in august...

Can you please reply the ticket and let our customer support know that you're tracked and also been receiving StrategyPoints?
