Pretty up and down week. Had a really bad run at the start and end! And the middle was great!
Im finding it hard once its down to 4/5 players and blinds are 400/200. Im just too chicken to steal the blinds with hands like Q3o :/
Had a run of 1,3,3,2,2,3,3, followed by 8 non-cashes... 4 of which were 4ths.
Because of my chickeness, I go into heads up often with ~2K chips, against 8k, and of course is hard to win

I got some intresting math just made a geuss to the amount of 1st places although think 20 % is fairly decent but if you have better I am happy to recalculate :).
if you get 20 % first on average the chance to get 1st 6 times in a row is 0.2 ^5 = 0.00032 %. 100% / 0.00032 = 312500 SnG's
so on average with 20 % first place you will get 6 first in a row once every 312500 games
Also lets asume you get 2nd in 10 % of the time
so you get a runner up prize 0.3^5 =0.00243 % of the times
100/0.00243 = 41152.26 SnG so once every 41152.26 SnG you get runner up prize
312500/41152.26 = 7.59 times runner up over 312500 SnG's
so you get $ 33000 ( at least that says what the jackpot is atm) and 7.59 * 200 = $1518.75
you will pay 0.50 extra every SnG so it will cost you $ 0.5 * 312500 = $ 156250 more rake then playing normal SnG's
so it cost you on average asuming these percentages for first and second are correct $ 33000 + $ 1518.75 - $ 156250 = - 121731.25 /312500 =- $ 0.38 rake more then a normal $ 5,5 SnG
the games might be softer though and you will get higher bonus though to more rake paid but it doesn't seem so profitable to me. I would love to know your thoughts on this though

Just went over a few of your posted hands and there are some things that I think you should look into a bit more.
The 9d8d hand a few posts back where you call a minr while you are in BB, both preflop and postflop are not really well played. First of all, just fold sc's when there is only one raiser even when you just have to put in an extra 60. Second when you do call, you are hoping to flop top2 or a flush or stuff like that, you do not get the correct odds in this occasion and that's why you should fold pre but also when you do hit one pair like you did I would recommend you to play it differently. I would rather take a flatcall than rr, you are not folding out anything worse that your hand in most cases. That he hits his straight one the river is unfortunate but not what you should think about.
The QQ hand where you raise allin over a limper is really not the optimal line in this spot. Just raise 2.5x+1x BB for a limper and play some postflop. You are losing a lot of value by pushing like you did.
The AKo hand where you run into aces, raising is fine but pushing would probably be better given the ackward stacksize you'll get when called. That you run into aces is unfortunate but nothing more. I certainly hope that you didn't think about limping behind here, as your comment suggests a bit.

You're right, I should have folded. You're right about the rr too!

In response to whether playing the jackpot sngs are worth it:
If I win x% of games, I would have to play around...
5% = 160,000 games
10% = 10,000 games
12% = 5000 games
15% = 2000 games
20% = 625 games
25% = 256 games
to hit the $2000 jackpot. In terms of rake, id be paying:
5% = $32000
10% = $2000
12% = $1000
15% = $400
20% = $125
25% = $51.2
extra rake, so If i won 10% of games (and win the jackpot within 10k games) then the extra rake will cancel out.
Last 3 months win percentages have been utter shite, a total of 8%. Whilst top 2 finshes was 24%.
