I am having trouble with HEM right this second on stars, it only shows hud for 50% of tables, sometimes non... i hear from other guy on a table that he is having similar problem,
anyone know whats up and when we can get back...
was going to make a run for platnum today, since it's shitty wather (no surprise) and all

all I can suggest is restart HEM, restart PokerStars, and if that doesnt do the trick restart the machine

Do you both have the latest version of Hold'em Manager? Maybe a long shot but it can't hurt to stay up to date.

yeah i think i do....it has been working fine for months...just stopped working for some tables today...works only on some tables...atm im just closing the tables which dont wrk and replacing them with some other tables..seems to be a good temporary solution

so hope to reach platnum before midnight on normal speed,
anyone know when they close the VIP month, is it midnight GMT? ET?
Same problem here and it started today, most tables still work though.

Restarting HUD, HEM leaving/joining table again doesn't solve the problem.
Never realised how blind it feels without stats

hud is only working on 1 out of 4 tables.
Was fine until today.
Have tried restarting hud, HEM, pokerstars, and machine to no avail.
Not tried updating HEM yet. Will try that tomorrow

Is this limited to cash games only or do sng / tournament players have the same issue?
Hud works on 1 normal speed tbl, doesn't work on 5 fast tbls for me at the moment.
I find solution, that works to me:
Open table manager when playing on tables.
In menu open Table->Table finder. This will open new window with tables that don't have HUD. Each of this tables in list have names without fast.
Then mark table in list and move red mark to table you marked, then click ok and it works :).

I'm sorry but i didn't get it. What is table manager? Is it an option in pokerstars lobby or HM?

I looked both on pokerstars and Holdem manager and i didn't find that option.
Anyways , probably Pokerstars made some retarded update that screwed HM up . Hope they will fix this until tomorrow , or i'm going to freak out
