On the turn your hand is probably best albeit rather vulnerable. I'd treat the min-donk as a check and raise accordingly ($2.20ish) with the intention of checking behind most rivers.

Strange players who minbet are often drawing, mostly to color. Come over them like a ton of bricks.

Flop raise is good. Turn should have done exactly the same (raised as if the donk didn't exist). Both instances you are probably folding if the villain ships it. River we fold to the obvious draw making it.
