/sigh...

I just wonder what are the odds that you get to go allin preflop with KK and see it cracked 4 times in a row by A6, 22, TJ and 66 ?!!? ?(

looks like 0,23% at most (A6s and JTs).

both offsuit :(
TJ made Ace high straight (I hit a set on flop!) and A6 hit an Ace on river

If it makes you feel better my record is 7 times AA in one session.
And the brutal thing about it, is that 7th time i lost to AA...thats how brutal it sometimes is. :(

it sucks big time... I just dont know why some ppl play poker X(
today I registered in a freezout (no rebuy) tourney (mostly because in R/A there are many donks who go allin early stage with any 2 to accumulate chips and when they suckout, they rebuy...) in 3rd hand a guy at UTG min-raised to 40, I was at MP1 with AA, so I reraised to 140, action folded to him and he pushed allin... I called and he showed 22. I closed my eyes and when I opened them, saw another d on turn... T_T and the guy typed: lol
:(

That hurts, but you should have betted turn to protect. Wouldn't change anything in that hand though. That happened to me once, I had nuts flush and he had straight flush :rage:

bet turn to protect against what? are you kidding? Anyways, I got beaten by straight flush when having A high flush as well in HU. I still feel this was a little sicker. I def don't agree with betting the turn? What do I get value from?
Anyways, this is a little off topic :) I posted this hand just to make the thread started feel better

That's currently the same for me right now, after 2.5k hands.

Think I'll just start folding that pre-flop haha :P

I'll just start folding that pre-flop

Nice way to balance all those 93, 72 folds.

it just seems I just can't win a tourney... I play neatly and make no mistake, but donks get lucky all the time and win.. their inferior pocket pairs hit a set, they defend their blind with 45 offsuit and beat my AQ... their top pair/low kicker on flop makes a 2pair on river.... these kinda stuff :( it's just frustrating...

You get value from :spade:, 2 pairs, PPs with :spade:, 4 + :spade:, all kind of crap. But checking is ok too, because you don't want to get raised here.
