First of all I don't think that that board is good to donk bet. If you had an 8, you would c/r or c/c.
By calling pf and donking that flop you don't represent much good hands, but mostly a bluff, that would invite CO to raise you. Board is super dry and even with two overcards for him it is a easy raise IP.
You however are not in a great shape. You are OOP and by calling, you will most of the times find yourself in a difficult spot. Either vs overpair or if any of many overcards comes on next street.

By how you played it, you can either 3bet him (as a bluff), or muck it.

Well, I am not a big fan of donking the flop. I mean with Check/Calling you still give him the opportunity to CBet with his whole stealing range. Why not just to let him then? I'd rather Check/Call the flop and reevaluate it on turn.

Although as played obviously we can't do much. But now again I'd ask what was the idea behind donking the flop?
