I think that rise for protection against draw and to get value from weaker hands is a must here, so I would put 350 or 400 here

and you obviously meant to raise (350-400)+180?

Well, I mean rise about 2/3 of the pot as to give him incorrect price to call with flush draw, i.e. 345+180=525, so 75% of this is 394, so I would bet 400 if I think that there's a higher probability of flush draw and 350 if for some reason I would think that he has smaller ace or bluff

The villain bet 180 into a 345 pot. If you were to call, the pot would become 705. A pot-sized raise would be 705 on top of calling 180, or 885 chips. If you want to make a 2/3 pot raise, this would be 2/3 x 705 on top of 180, or 570+180 = 750. People rarely make a full pot raise except on sites with a "bet pot" button, so they are used to seeing much smaller raises, but realize that when you make a small raise you are offering attractive pot odds. For example, if you raise to 500, it is only 320 more to call, so you are offering 1025:320 or over 3:1.
